The agreement

This is the advice agreement for your purchase. It consists of these terms and the separate page with information about insurance. You can download a copy before you buy, and after payment you can save an order confirmation containing the agreement.

Your purchase

One personal, automatically generated preparation report for permanent residence in Denmark. Total price: DKK 299 including VAT. One payment, no subscription. It includes a comparison of your answers against the covered requirements, explanations, next checks, a document checklist and official sources. It does not include checking documents, submitting an application, representation or a guaranteed outcome.

Delivery

You receive the advice agreement as a PDF at the email address you provide at checkout before the report opens. After confirmed payment, your report opens in this browser. You can download it as a PDF. Save the report and your order confirmation. Browser access lasts 30 days; deleting browser cookies may remove access. Contact the supplier with your Stripe receipt if access fails. A report containing uncertain answers will identify what needs clarifying; it cannot confirm facts you have not supplied.

Withdrawal

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from the date the agreement is made. You may contact the supplier with a clear statement, for example: “I withdraw from my purchase of the residence report, ordered on [date], order reference [reference], name [name].” At checkout you separately request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal when the report has been delivered. Accepting the general terms alone is not this request. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. Statutory rights concerning defects remain unaffected.

Termination

You can terminate the agreement by contacting the supplier as long as the report has not been delivered. If you stop before the payment is completed, no agreement is made.

Payment

Payment is made by card through Stripe. The total price is shown immediately before payment. The government application fee is separate and is paid directly to the authorities. No funds are held on your behalf.

Educational background

Datamatiker (Danish academy profession degree in IT). No legal education. The supplier is not a Danish attorney (advokat).

Questions and complaints

Contact the supplier about access, errors, withdrawal or a complaint. We have no commission or other interest in the outcome of your immigration application. The authorities decide your case. This service does not extend any permit or deadline.

Privacy

Your answers stay in the current tab until you choose to proceed to payment. They are then transmitted to the server to prepare and deliver the report. Do not provide names, CPR numbers, passports or other documents in the questionnaire. Processing necessary for the purchase relies on performance of the contract. Stripe processes your payment and the contact details you provide there; your questionnaire answers are not sent to Stripe. We receive your email address from Stripe and use it only to send the advice agreement. Answers, reports and your email address are encrypted in storage and removed after 30 days; abandoned orders are removed after one day. Limited transaction and agreement records are retained as required for accounting and legal claims. Necessary security and checkout cookies are used; there is no advertising tracking.

Your data rights

The supplier listed above is the data controller. You can request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable retention duties, and complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency. You can decline to provide answers or make a purchase. The automated report is guidance; it is not an authority’s decision affecting your immigration status.

Hosting and recipients

Serveren drives af Webdock.io ApS, Nørre Aaby, Danmark, som er databehandler efter en databehandleraftale indgået 16. september 2026. Alle svar, rapporter og ordreoplysninger opbevares krypteret på en server i Danmark. Mailen support@opholdstjek.dk drives af one.com, hvis mailservere står i Danmark. Betalinger gennemføres af Stripe Payments Europe (Irland), som modtager din mailadresse og dine betalingsoplysninger; dine svar i spørgeskemaet sendes ikke til Stripe.
